Refund Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original packaging, and in resellable condition. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@cookentraa.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team after your request is approved.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We will review the issue and work to resolve it in a timely and appropriate manner.


Exceptions and Non Returnable Items

Certain types of items may not be eligible for return, such as

• Used items or items not in original condition
• Items without original packaging
• Items marked as final sale

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
